We strictly procure FAS or F1F grade termite resistant solid wood obtained through controlled deforestation. Only well seasoned, knots & crack free, matured woodlot qualifies for the next stage post multiple quality checks.

Production of glued laminated timber sections

Now to obtain sturdier, longer or customized sections, every minute imperfection/s such as knots, cracks, bee holes insect or water channel, sapwood etc. are at first removed. Than, using top grade D4 certified glue, defect free shorter sections are joined by finger jointing and multi-layering techniques glulam sections are prepared.
